Hi.

Hi, I'm Caitlin Carolan, or CC, the owner and operator of Just One Look Media.

I'm a freelance videographer based in Maine, working throughout New England and beyond. I specialize in documentary, event, and promotional video, with a particular interest in local community stories and live music.

​

I care about both the technical side of filmmaking and, more importantly, the story behind it. I want the videos I make to feel genuine to the people, organizations, and communities I'm working with, while helping my clients communicate what matters to them.

 

Experience 

My professional journey has taken me through a wide variety of experiences — from a storytelling center in Berkeley to an eco-village in India, to working on the video team at Newport Jazz & Folk Festivals. I've contributed to independent documentary projects, worked with local studios on corporate and promotional videos, and spent the last several years building relationships with organizations, artists, and businesses throughout Maine and New England.

 

All of those experiences eventually led me to create Just One Look Media in 2023. Today, I primarily focus on music, nonprofit work, and short-form documentaries.
